- Full Tuition Fees for the duration of the Master’s programme.
- Monthly Allowance: A stipend of €1,220 per month for accommodation and living costs.

- Academic Admission: You must first be admitted to the IHE Delft MSc programme.
- Home-Based Research: You must agree to conduct your MSc research in your home country or region, linked to projects supported by the programme.
- Regional Networking: Active participation in seminars organized by the programme’s learning networks.
- Commitment to Return: Confirmation that you will return to your home country after graduation to apply your skills.

Additionally, preference is given to those with relevant work experience and those who can secure partial co-funding from their employers or other sources.
