"Your God Regin": Governor Umo Eno at GCK Global Sunday Service.

The city of Uyo witnessed a powerful spiritual atmosphere as the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, joined the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor (Dr.) W.F. Kumuyi, for the grand finale of the "Fresh Anointing for a New Beginning" Global Crusade (GCK). 

Having already officially received the man of God during a courtesy visit to the Government House upon his arrival, the Governor stood before a mammoth crowd and a global audience during the Sunday Service to express the state's profound honor in hosting this spiritual shift. Governor Eno, who stood both as the Chief Executive and a fellow minister of the gospel, described the presence of the GS and his wife, Mummy Esther Kumuyi, as a divine privilege that brings a supernatural canopy over the South-South region.

Addressing the crowd, Gov Eno read from the scripture in Isaiah 52:7, which says, "How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’" He noted that Pastor Kumuyi’s presence in Uyo carries "good tidings" for the entire state and the country at large, specifically celebrating the fact that the crusade serves as a platform to declare over Nigeria that "our God reigns" despite the challenges facing the nation. However, Governor Eno has maintained that the impact of this visit will be long-lasting, stating his trust that "the remnant of this visit will remain with us and the blessings will continue to expand."

Furthermore, the Governor prayed for the prosperity of the country and its people, welcoming all participants—both those physically present and the millions watching globally—to the warmth of Akwa Ibom hospitality. Also, for the people of the state, this crusade is seen as a "New Beginning" where spiritual empowerment meets purposeful governance, as the Governor noted his assurance that "the hand of the Lord has touched us for good." This final service reinforces the spiritual foundation of the state, highlighting a season where the leadership openly aligns with divine visitation for the collective progress of the citizens.
