 A recent Facebook post by a woman identified as Ada, a well-known ex-member of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, has stirred fresh conversation online. 

Ada, who has a history of publishing claims that the church's founder, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, was responsible for the dissolution of her marriage, took to her profile again with a message that has quickly caught the attention of Nigerian netizens. In this latest post, she declared that she has officially 'awakened and 'reclaimed her true senses' after leaving the ministry.

​Sharing a reflective write-up, Ada claimed she was raised on a strict Christian path. She went on to state that she once served faithfully as a devoted worker, specifically noting her role in the ‘Crowd Control’ department, and even held leadership positions within the church fold. Insisting she was speaking 'not in jest,' she described her past level of devotion as deep and total. However, she said that is all in the past now, claiming she has turned away from that path to reclaim her senses, and describing her exit as a journey out of 'bondage.'

​The post has since generated a wave of mixed reactions in the comment section, with many users questioning her spiritual foundation while others offered a different perspective on church denominations. One user, Emma Abakporo, reacted by stating that no one who genuinely had an encounter with Christ would ever leave Him. Sharing a similar sentiment of religious choice, Chigozie Joshua noted that while it may please an individual to serve whosoever they choose, for him and his household, they will continue to serve the Lord.
