President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu have released a heartfelt tribute to Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), on his 84th birthday. In a formal statement issued from the State House on March 1, 2026, the First Family described the clergyman as a "spiritual fortress" and one of Nigeria's greatest gifts.

​The President lauded Pastor Adeboye’s five decades of leadership, noting that his influence extends far beyond the pulpit into philanthropy, healthcare, and education. Tinubu praised his "genuine humility" and the "patriotic zeal" he shows through unceasing prayers for Nigeria’s progress.
